Illinois Workers' Compensation HB1698 Effective 07/01/2011

The Illinois Workers' Compensation reform HB1698 includes legislative changes to address the current Illinois workers' compensation system.

Illinois Workers' Compensation Act (effective February 1, 2006) initiated a state mandated fee schedule, fines for uninsured employers, prompt payment of bills, and requirements for vocational rehabilitation. These requirements are mandatory for all Illinois employers.
